Ben, I've always had excellent service and good pricing from Redlich Optics
in NC. I sent in one pair of Swarovski bins that had been nearly destroyed
in a sandstorm that gritted up the focus and interpupillary mechanisms;
they returned it in tip-top shape. I even sent them most recently my first
pair of birding bins, circa 1963 when I was all of 7, a Sans & Streiffe
that had clearly seen better days. Got it back in beautiful shape for a
50-year-old pair of glasses that saw me through my teenage ornithology
years!
