which has a large number of tall Virginia Pines. At three separate
locations we IDed two species. We spent over 45 minutes looking at
Yellow-throated Warbler's, as the Park Ranger's were very interested. The
yellow throat and complementary black stripe on each side of the throat,
and grey back were diagnostic. All bird were located high in the trees, so
ID was challenging, but the IDs were all positively made. Also, we located
all sites at first by the tui-tui ... song of the birds
