Two weeks ago, Audubon Maryland-DC's Important Bird Area (IBA) Birdathon team completed our 4th annual Birdathon, both a fundraiser for Audubon's bird conservation work and just a lot of birding fun!
I thought group members would enjoy reading the attached account of our Big Day (actually a noon-to-noon effort), in which we found an amazing 206 species!
And for anyone who might like to support the IBA program, it's not too late to make a pledge/donation at the link in the account.
