Tyler,

You may be right.  I went scurrying for Claudia's book and 
found Bald Eagles listed for somehwere near the city of Ridge 
and I think THAT is what I had on my mind.  Norm tells me -- he 
always needs to set me straight : )    -- that I may have also 
been thinking of Peregrines we looked for in Somerset Cty.  
Well, at least I was in the right State!!!
