This afternoon the Ross' Goose had moved from the pond at the Greenock Road
site to the pond that is located along Rt. 408. The pond is located
approximately 0.5 miles from the intersection of 259 (Greenock Rd.) and 408
heading west. There are some domestic geese there along with Canada Geese
-- the Ross' Goose hangs around with the Canada Geese. What a pleasure to
see this bird so closely and easily -- much better than trying to locate
one amidst thousands of Snow Geese!
