Saturday, November 29, 1997:

There were three SNOW BUNTINGS at the South Beach at Sandy Point State Park
(Anne Arundel County, MD). We first kicked them up at the sand-grass
interface. They then flew to the small rock piles (not the long jetties)
at the water's edge. We had them at about 12:30 pm. Some birders had just
left the area without locating them, but they were there ... in the grass.

There was at least one BREWER'S BLACKBIRD in a flock of approximately 4,000
mixed blackbirds in a field on Crouse Mill Road in Queen Anne's County, MD,
north of the town of Queen Anne. The was very late in the afternoon. The
flock took off and headed south.
