That's the first I heard of it.  Who reported it?

I was conducting an eagle watch at Conowingo today for the Cecil MOS.  I
had good views of the Peregrine Falcon before anyone got there, but he
disappeared. I saw at least 3 mature Bald Eagles and at least 7
immatures.  Gulls were numerous but I couldn't find anything but the 3
common species. Neither could Bob Ringler.  Rick Blom arrived just
before I left, so I don't know if they found anything later or not. 
There was no mention of any Pacific Loon sightings.
