At the risk of sounding like Scrooge or the Grinch, I must point out that
"double or triple" may be too much of a good thing.  To quote from the Dec.-Jan
issue of "National Wildlife,"  "Exploding numbers of Snow Geese are bad news
for Midwest farmers and the entire Far North ecosystem."  I've gathered several
