Marshall Iliff has been watching a YELLOW-BILLED LOON since 12:30
this afternoon. He is sure of the ID and would like to get as many
people as possible on it today.
His directions are: get off the beltway at exit 28, Providence
Road. You'll go through Providence, then the road deadends at Lock
Raven Road. Go left at the intersection, and you'll go over the
reservoir shortly. Pull off immediately and park on the left. You'll
see a little point with trees on it; that's where he's been watching
the bird from.
Marshall was going to run to Conowingo for the Common Gull and snag
any birders there to take to the loon. He was using a calling card,
so I don't know if the number I called him back at will do any good,
but it's: 410-252-9663.
  Good luck!!!! Jane Kostenko 301-862-4623
