If we go to the Blackwater area on any day other than Monday, we
usually go out of our way a bit and hit the Suicide Bridge Restaurant
(no kidding) on the Warwick River outside of Secretary.  Go back to
50 and head to OC, making a left onto 16 (E) when the opportunity 
presents itself.  Another left onto Rt. 14 takes you to a town
(Secretary ??  I just go by the landmarks.)  There will be a sign
(small) on the left side on a building in town pointing down the
road to the restaurant.  Another couple of miles brings you across
the river and to the restaurant.  It overlooks the water, and the
food has been anything from very good to excellent when we were there.
The VC at Blackwater had a promo blurb for it (with directions) at one
time.
