SPRING? HARFORD BIRDS ETC

Belatedly, while I sit here watching a mini-blizzard, I can report
that Bryan Blazie and I had 10-15 Tree Swallows in eastern Harford County
on Saturday. The only other birds of note were 400 flyover Snow Geese,
singing E. Meadowlarks, and Horned Larks in song flight. The spring peepers
have been vocal for eight days not but I expect them to be quiet the rest
of the week.
Seems like winter has finally arrived.
