MDO: Leo Weigant called us this afternoon to say that he had seen a "pale billed, pale faced loon" about 30 feet off of the pier of Evan's Seafood Restaurant on St. George's Island in St. Mary's County, MD at about 10 a.m. today (3/22/98).
