     Friday April 17th, at Lake Barton, Burke VA
     BROWN THRASHER
     OSPREY (unusual this far from a river)
     
     Sunday April 19th, at Huntley Meadows Park, Fairfax Co. VA
     
     ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER at start of boardwalk
     dull olive-green all over except under tail, which was a bit 
     brighter yellow.  No prominent face pattern, but a small eye ring 
     and faint eye line.  No wing bars.
     AMERICAN BITTERN (eating a snake)
     BLUE GRAY GNATCATCHER (pair building a nest)
     2 KING RAIL
     a few CHIMNEY SWIFTS
     
     Does anyone know if the Orange-crowned is early? late? very 
     unusual for Fairfax Co?  What is the usual migration time?
