One way to do this would be to cross over the Potomac on Roosevelt Bridge, turn right towards the Lincoln Memorial and re-cross the Potomac on Memorial Bridge. Another way would be to stay on the Parkway and exit at the Memorial Bridge/Arlington Cemetery exit. You would then have to go left around the traffic circle just before crossing the bridge. This might be tricky. The most foolproof way, if a bit more time consuming would be to continue down the parkway to the LBJ park (before the 14th St. bridge), pull into the parking lot on the right, turn around and head back in the other direction. In any case once you are headed north, stay in the right-most lane.
