Lydia, As Norm said, I don't know what email program you use. I'll tell you how it works with "Internet Mail" that comes with Microsoft Internet Explorer, and if you have something else you can use these concepts as a basis for experimention. tab. You should see a box that will accomodate whatever text you want to use as your signature. Once you're done click "OK". Now anytime you're writing an email message, you can click "Insert" then "Signature" and what you formatted in the box will appear at the end of your message. Hope this helps!
