</italic></color>My understanding is that all purchases of duck stamps are imputed by the 
statisticians at the F&WS to be purchases by hunters.  Nonetheless, I use the 
duck stamp as an entry permit for NWR's and I also admire their intrinsic 
artistic content.  Are there alternatives?
