Now is as good a time as any for BB Cuckoos, I would expect them to start
coming through this week. One good place is Rock Creek Park, near the
Nature Center, on the ridge or around the horse paddocks. I've seen at
least one every autumn there.

Of course, if you miss it on migration this year, plan to visit Finzel
Swamp in June, where they breed (Alder FCs also).
