Folks:
I just got a second-hand report from Kyle Rambo who is without email
while transitioning from one system to another. He has Buff-breasted
Sandpipers at Pax River NAS in St. Mary's County, MD. If you would like
to see them, please give him a call and he can escort you on base.
Security is definitely an issue so unless you have a base pass, it's not
likely you can get on. His number is 301-342-3670.
The last time they were at PRNAS, they first showed up on the airfield
then moved to the driving range. The airfield is inaccessible unless you
get clearance from the tower but the driving range is right along the
main road on the bayside.
