We visited the turf farm on John Brown Road in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, today (09/07/98) around noon. Birds observed (virtually all in the field north of the office/residence): Killdeer - 120 Am. Golden Plover - 3 Buff-breasted Sandpiper - 1 (juv.)
