Turkey Point- 9/14
A slow morning for warblers here.
Chestnut-sided- 1
Redstart- 1
CanadaW.- 1
Black-poll- 4 ( first fall sighting )
Cape May W.- 2, in the same scrub cedar observed on last 4 occasions.
Others
Bobolinks- 90+
Cedar Waxwings- 20
Forsters Tern- 1
Caspian Tern-  1
Red Headed Woodpecker- 2, flying through the clearing as pretty as could
be.


Migrating Raptors
Once again, Sharpies predominate the count, still waiting for that huge
BW flight.  Significant flight of Ospreys today, most in 10 o`clock hr.
Also watched a prolonged skirmish between a most pugnacious Kestrel,
uttering little Kestrel noises, and a Sharpie.
Between 9 - 11: 20 am
Osprey- 16
Northern harriers- 2, both imm.
Sharpies- 45
Coops- 5
Kestrel- 4
Broadwings- 4- probably missed a major flight by leaving, but full time
afternoon work keeps me hopping.
Bald Eagle- 1 adult.
Turkey Vultures-5
Curious Hikers- 8
