Frigatebirds in the middle atlantic area

Hi, 

Saturday afternoon a frigatebird was reported from Chincoteague.....

I noted two other frigatebirds sightings on the the New York City and Cape
May RBA tapes on Friday.  Three frigatebird sightings four days apart, and
last weekend's report from Chincoteague as well....could there perhaps be
one frigatebird heading north then south?
