Dyke Marsh is owned by the federal government and managed by the
National Park Service. The Friends of Dyke Marsh is a conservation
organization which provides support to the Park Service and leaders for
Sunday morning bird walks, holds quarterly meetings, and organizes the
breeding bird surveys conducted each June. You can check out our web
page at: http://www.dykemarsh.org.

You've presented an interesting idea. I'm sure the Friends will want to
bounce it around a bit. I'll leaving for week at Chincoteague in a hour,
but I'll want to pick up on this when I return.
