Dave,

There is no such compiler at this time, Dave.  Leanne Pemburn, the MOS 
May Count compiler, is resigning and I'd like to broaden that position now to 
that of "Recurring Counts Coordinator."  If you know of anyone at this point 
in time who might be interested in taking on that job, let me know!

In the meantime, it can't hurt to forward all such information along to 
Stasz/Iliff.
