In my rush to post the Western Tanager sighting, a few errors crept in. The birds breast was completely unstreaked, the yellow extended down the chest and to the mid-belly (as I did not view it further down, I do not know if the yellow extended to the vent). The yellow was uniform in appearance bill to mid belly and wing pit to wing pit. The wings were grayish not black.
