Hi Everyone, I visited Town Hill, Allegany Co., MD, from 10:30 - 2:00 on Saturday. Winds were light from the South. Compared to expectations, results were not too bad. NH 2 SS 23 CH 3 RS 1 RT 7 (but some were locals) GE 1 ( Adult 12:37 ) Total 37 Also, Junco 1 ( my first of the fall ) Observers: Bill Norris & Ray Kiddy. Tried it again today from 10:30 - 3:30. Winds were light and variable but mostly S / SSW. An absolutely, beautiful day. BV 5 OS 1 NH 3 SS 28 CH 6 RT 1 PG 1 ( 1:15 A terrific look at a beautiful bird. ) UR 1 Total 46 Also, 2 Red-headed Woodpeckers.
