I believe I saw a Peregrine Falcon being mobbed by crows at
3 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 28th.  It was being chased west on 
the north side of Constitution Avenue between 12th & 14th 
streets, dodging under arches to escape the crows.  Not having
my binoculars, I did not get a close look but the color and
flight seemed right for a Peregrine.  Does anyone know of
any resident in that area, across from the museums of Natural
History and American History?
