I went to Waggoners Gap, PA on Friday - 4 Golden Eagles, 1 Goshawk,
     about 5 Cooper's and 5 Sharp-shinned, 12 Red-shouldered, 100
Red-tailed, 1 Harrier. The state has put no parking signs in part of
the pull-off area that is usually used for parking - so parking is
more limited. Saturday, a quick look at the main part of Black Hills
Lake produced few ducks - one of the wooded fingers of the lake had
about 12 Hooded Mergansers (nice views) that had replaced the Wood
Ducks of a week ago. Monocracy Bottom Road produced nice views of
Fox, White-crowned and Swamp Sparrows on Sunday. Happy Birding, Dan
     Eberly
