Sorry for the delay, but I have been off-line for awhile.

The landfill is located about 1 mile east of the town of North East on
Maryland Route 7 . I would suggest that you contact the landfill to
check on accessiblity for general birding. I don't know if they allow it
or not. I make arrangements each year, several weeks ahead of time for
the Elkton Christmas Count. Their phone number is (410) 996-6275.
