Canada Geese were flying north this am, also. I saw four separate flights on my way to work. The
season is changing. Woodcocks are also displaying in my backyard in Waldorf.

For ten minutes this morning I watched eight loosely grouped flocks
     (approx. 25, 35, 200, 75, 75, 125, 35, 25) of (I'm pretty sure, no
binocs) Double-crested Cormorants fly extremely high South to North.
Today might be a good flight day. Keep an eye to the sky.
