Hi All: For the 4th day in a row, large numbers of snow geese have been devouring tender greens in the fields adjacent to my home. I should have searched the flock for a Ross` Goose this am, before I headed to Conowingo, for there was nary a sign of them upon return. At Conwingo, I spent a little bit of time looking at gulls. Much gull activity on the Harford side, one lesser black-backed perched on rocks near the concrete abuttment. Aside from that, nothing glaringly different. I`d like to hook up with some experts some morning. Also had a pair of hooded mergs in the creek along Rowlandsville Road. Spring is coming, I can feel it. Leslie Fisher Cecil Co.
