The St. Mary's County, MD Kelp Gull was present
on, Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at least from around
8:30 a.m. (according to the Sea Breeze manager)
off and on until 5 p.m., when Tyler Bell and I stopped
by. Snow and icy roads kept me from making my
usual sunrise visit today, but I hope to resume
checking before work on Thursday.

The folks at the Sea Breeze Restaurant have offered
to give updates. You may call them at 301-373-5217.
