Hello all,
I will chime in on this.
Great Falls, near the parking lot that is just after the toll booth. From the
end of that parking lot to the Swamp Trail. Presumably this is a rather well
known spot based on the amount of people that are there.
Also, another well known spot, Monticello Park, Alexandria. The nice feature
here is it does not begin to really get good until late morning through early
afternoon. Thus you can couple it with another spot earlier in the morning.
