Hello all,

Today 16 Mar 99, at about 10:15, the dark Red-tailed Hawk was seen again both
perched and flying near the interchange between I-66 and VA 234.  

Since I am sure this bird will not summer here, I suspect that it will move
sometime in the near future.  I do try to see the bird everyday now, but it is
not always in view.  I would like to get a date for its last observation, so
if anyone sees the bird from this point forward, I would love to hear about
it.
