Hi All: I`m wondering myself if the courtship is over. I spent some time this evening ( ` til 7pm ) at a spot in Cecil Co. where a friend reported active displays on 3/17. Unfortunately, i couldn`t get there until this evening. About 6:40, I did spot one woodcock fly from the woodedge where I was sitting, and land silently in an overgrown field less than 100` from me. Disappointingly, there was no " peent " and no display. As above, I gave up at 7pm. Leslie Fisher Cecil Co. PETER LEV wrote: > I was at Cromwell on Friday evening 3/19 to look for woodcocks.
