I know this is not in Maryland, but it isn't that far away.

The Berks County Pink-footed Goose has returned for the third year in
a row. Rudy Keller spotted it in a flock of Snow Geese at Lake
Ontelaunee today. Lake Ontelaunee is located on Rte 73 just before it
ends at Rte 61 in Leesport. If anyone needs further directions, feel
free to contact me. In past years, the Pink-footed has stayed for a
couple of weeks. The Snow Goose flock is often out in the fields
feeding in the morning, returning in the afternoon. If you are trying
to pick out the pink-footed at a distance, look for a small, brown
goose with short bill and a rounded head. There are also a few small
Canada Geese in the flock and some immature blue Snow Geese which can
fool people.
