Dear Marcia,

Thanks for the additional info on bow hunting - it really does make a
difference.  The one person who testified in favor of the bill with
regard to bow hunting (he owns a sporting goods store) never mentioned
any of this info! It's really impressive.

I was wondering if there is any law or regulation in Maryland
prohibiting hunting under the influence.  Does anyone happen to know?
