Folks,

My wife has become interested in decoy carving in the
last couple of years. To help in her carving skills,
she is considering going to an estate auction shortly
where some of the items up for bid are mounted ducks,
pheasants, rails, and crows (all legally hunted species).
She wants to know what are the state regulations on
possession of these mounts before she decides to bid
on them. Does any know the law in this matter? Thanks
in advance.
