I work in southern Maryland - Charles County to be specfic, and 
Indian Head to be even more specific.  It's a Naval facility called 
the Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center.  You may see 
it labeled on maps as the Naval Ordnance Station or the Naval 
Propellant Factory.  It's a penninsula between the Potomac River and 
the Mattawoman Creek.
