Gail and Phil, Thank you both for your help. I went to Sycamore Landing today (it's closer to me than any of the other locations you mentioned). Lots of warblers, including one or two ceruleans exactly where they were supposed to be- in between the water running under the towpath and the orange barricade. Listening for a parula-like song helped me locate them (thanks Phil) and they stayed relatively low and in good light. On my way back, I passed two others Ospreyers in search of the same birds.
