Tom--I saw it today at Bombay Hook from approx. 11:45AM until about 12:30PM. It was in Shearness Pool quite close to the road (near the parking area about mid way along the Shearness dike road) in a flock of about 10 Snowy Egrets and 2 Great Egrets. During this time about 10 birders saw it well. The flock then flew out into the middle of Shearness. Its two head plumes and gray lores make it unmistakable. It has also been observed from the Shearness Observation Tower. Also, two Wilson's Phalaropes were at Raymond's Pool. Ralph Wall Great Falls, Va.
