More migrants and a new breeding bird for Carroll County.

Liberty Lake - areas checked were Murray Road, Rt.32 bridge, Oakland 
Road, and Rt.26 bridges; all species were also seen in Baltimore Co.:
	Double-crested Cormorant 1 - arrival
	Great Blue Heron 1
	Great Egret 1
	Green Heron 1
	Canada Goose 510
	Black Duck 1
	Mallard 24
	Bald Eagle 1 adult
	Killdeer 110
	Solitary Sandpiper 6
	Spotted Sandpiper 17
	Least Sandpiper 36
	Pectoral Sandpiper 1 - arrival
	Ring-billed Gull 3 adults - arrival

New Windsor sewage ponds:
	Great Blue Heron 2
	Canada Goose 58
	Wood Duck 40 including small downy young
	Killdeer 2

Westminster sediment pond
	Mallard 2
	Killdeer 3 including 1 small downy young
	Spotted Sandpiper 2 including 1 juvenile without tail, down 	
		remaining around head producing thick black line 
		extending back from eye, buff fringes on wings; new 
		breeding species for Carroll
	Least Sandpiper 2
	Short-billed Dowitcher 1, arrival

Westminster Reservoir:
	Graylag Goose 2
	Killdeer 6

Piney Run Park:
	Great Blue Heron 1
	Green Heron 4
	Graylag Goose 4
	Canada Goose 150
	Mallard 110
	Killdeer 5

I also checked the local turf farms and Westminster Airport but found 
only Killdeer.
