Hi Marshall (and others), When I worked for Dave Brinker (MD DNR) in the summer of 1995, we covered every known Least Tern colony and every Gull colony that it was reasonable to get to. I don't recall a single LETE colony in Anne Arundel at that time, though I probably did not pay too much attention to county lines back then. Sparrows Point High School had a colony of LETEs but I believe that is in Baltimore or Baltimore County Every large Gull colony that we researched would typically have one or two GBBG nests mixed in with it but the Bay Bridge island was the ONLY PURE GBBG colony that we had. We only had 4 or 5 nests there but there was not a single HERG nest in the lot. Good observation ... Sorry I can't help with the LETE's ====================================================== ___ _________/ \_________ Home (304) 292-5072 /- - - - - O O - - - - -\ Work (304) 293-4832 \________'\_v_/`________/ ext. 4456 /_|_|_\ ^ ^ John B.
