The following is a request directed to anyone who has birded the Parker's
Creek Watershed in Calvert County. Please send your replies to Leslie Star

"I am doing a project on birds of the Parkers Creek watershed as part of JHU's 
continuing education department's Certificate in Environmental Studies 
program. The intended results of this project will be a checklist including 
information about seasonal occurrence, relative abundance, and habitat, and a 
text report with the same information enhanced by anecdotal notes. While I am 
doing as much field work as I can, my limited time and expertise necessitate 
that I derive some of the information for the report from other area birders. 
I have prepared a checklist with spaces for people to check off what
they've seen in 
what seasons. If you're willing and able to fill out one of these, please let
