I saw it from Jones Point Park Thursday = afternoon from 2-2:25pm. It was amid 15 or 20 cormorants. I'm pretty = sure it was in MD waters, but would like confirmation from those with = good maps and familiarity with the area. When I saw it, it was between = 2 of the 3 large snags that stick out of the water about halfway between = the WW bridge and the part of 295 that is exposed a bit further upriver. = The snags are much closer to the MD side of the river than the VA side. = MD or DC, anyone?=20 Thanks everyone for the fine directions and the updates!
