Hi, Gail -
    There are no "No Parking" signs, but the rules may be as on I-495 - no
stopping exc for emergencies. I would hate for someone to enounter trouble
on my recommendation. I have displayed a NPS permit which may or may not be
valid for stopping there - perhaps I have just been lucky. If numbers of
cars were to be seen congregating there, tho', that might provoke more
inquiry and a greater chance of tickets. Perhaps it would be safer if one
person remained with the vehicle.
