Here's one Alexandria, VIRGINIAN who cares a lot.  Alexandria is the 11th 
most densely population city in the US!  We need all the open space we can 
get, retroceded or not.

I hope the White Pelican did venture into VA, but I'm just as happy for 
MD/DC'ers that you get to have a visit.  After all, we have two regulars at 
Chincoteague.
