[MDOsprey] American White Pelican Update 8/22/99

Tyler Bell and I ran up to find the pelican, seeing it easily as we
crossed over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, as it sat on the MD snags, at 8 a.m.
Sunday, August 22. It was there, preening, still when we left at 8:30 a.m.
The pelican was not, however, anywhere when we pulled in last night
(8/21) from 6:45 - 7:45 p.m.
