Thanks for everyone who posted shorebird information at the Mason-Dixon Farm pond. As I left the pond at 6:30pm (yesterday), I took one last scan. I was watching a nice Buff-breasted feeding along. As I panned around, I came upon 3 Buff-breasted. So I panned back to my one Buff-breasted and it was still there. So, we now have 4 Buff-breasted. If you stand on the top of the dike wall that is parallel to the farm road, the 2 White-rumped were mostly in the mud in the far left corner and the Baird's was usually around a small pool next to the opposite dike wall (about midway along the dike) or walking parallel to the opposite dike wall about 15 feet in front of the pool on a dry area that ends on the right with heavy grass on a slightly raised area. The Buff-breasted were usually feeding on the dry areas more in the center of the pond. If you are coming from Route 15, drive 3-4 miles on Harney Road and make a left at a white Mason-Dixon sign and a right at the first dirt road. The pond is on the left and is enclosed by a dike wall is about 15 feet high. Thanks again. Happy birding, Dan Eberly
