Phil, and all
Ridgely closes at 4 pm.  It does not always open at 7 am.  Jim Stasz and I waited until about 8:30 am
when we chased the Hudsonian Godwits that Ryan Leach found.  The guy is nice but is on his own
schedule.

Did anyone make it to Ridgley WWTP (Caroline County, MD) today (Thursday) 
to check for the reported Little Stint?  I got there at 4:15pm and it was 
closed.  I thought they stayed open until 5 ... oh well.
