It was flying back and forth between the island to the = left of the main path and the area to the right of the main path where = the Willow Flycatcher has been seen regularly in the past (look for a = lot of snags, all of which are in Maryland). Another neat bird we found was a juvenile SORA. It was kind enough = to let us stare at it for a minute or two. As you head down the first = path on the right, keep an eye out along the banks of the stream on your = left. We saw it about halfway down that path on the far bank. Other highlights included both LOUISIANNA and NORTHERN WATERTHRUSHES, = my first GREEN-WINGED TEAL of the season, a GREAT EGRET, an OSPREY, and = more GOLDFINCHES and HUMMINGBIRDS than I've ever seen in one place = before.
